Moving In
Welcome! The Township requires a moving in permit, which is a fee of $5.00. The moving permit application may be obtained at the Tax Collector's office.

The following information is required when filling out the form: names of all residents over 18 years of age, the moving in address, the previous address and the moving in date.

*Note: If individuals are moving from different addresses into the same address, a separate moving permit is required for each person.

*Note: If you are enrolling a child into the Nazareth Area School District, you must provide them with the pink copy of the moving permit which is provided by the Tax Collector.

Moving Out
Moving OUT of the Township, a moving out permit, which is a fee of $5.00, may be obtained from the Township Tax Collector. This ensures that you are removed from the Township tax records.
