In 1979, the Township adopted an ordinance which
regulates and restricts outdoor fires within the Township of Bushkill and
providing penalties for violation, thereof. Details pertaining to permitted fire
locations may be obtained by contacting the Bushkill Township Volunteer Fire
Company or the Fire Chief. A copy of the Township ordinance regulating
open burning may be obtained from the Township Zoning Office or on the
Ordinances page of this website.
