Auditors

The Board of Auditors consists of three members.  One member is elected at large during each local election (every other year).  The term of office is six years.  The elected Auditors are responsible for reviewing the financial records of the Township and reporting their findings to the State.  The Township also undertakes an independent annual audit of its financial records through a professional Certified Public Accountant firm.

Tax Collector
The Tax Collector is an elected official responsible for collecting Real Estate Taxes for the Township. The Tax Collector is elected for a four-year term. Real Estate taxes for the School District are collected by the School District.  The County collects Real Estate taxes for the County.  Earned Income taxes are currently collected by Berkheimer Associates, but will soon be collected by the Tax Collection Committee for Northampton County, with the tax being distributed to the School Districts and the Townships.
